The Graduate Challenge is a 30-day challenge to help you SELF Journal veterans get to the next level. This 30-day challenge will transform your habits and launch you forward to make success inevitable. The goal is to hold you accountable and ensure you hit your goals.
"Accountability breeds response-ability."
- Stephen Covey
Start With A Goal
Napoleon Hill said, “There is one quality which one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it.” So make sure you start the 30 days with a clear understanding of where you want to finish it. This focus will give you direction and drive and help you keep going when it (inevitably) gets tough.
Get Your Journal Ready
Grab your highlighters, dig out your favorite pens, stock up on stickers - whatever your journal loves, make sure it’s on your desk and ready to rock.
Make Time For The Challenge
Create a Challenge Routine by scheduling time in your journal to post your completed pages and support other graduates. (It can help to do this at the same time every day - maybe as part of your evening routine.) One of the best things about the challenge is the community it creates and the inspiration it gives to others. So get involved :-)
Don’t Do It For ThePrize - do it to feel proud of yourself.
Everyone likes to win stuff, but the completers reward isn’t the real prize here. Instead, the biggest win is the benefit you’ll get from journalling, taking action, and getting feedback every day. The distance you’ll move and the amount you’ll grow as a result is priceless.
