Winning The Shopify Build A Business Comp and Ringing the NYSE Opening Bell

We are pleased to announce that this week we will be celebrating the Shopify Build-a-Business Competition.

What does this mean?

We spend a week with the people we admire and have studied for years.

Tim Ferriss, Tony Robbins, Marie Forleo, Daymond John, Russell Simmons, and many others.

This week-long event will be held at Oheka Castle (The Gatsby Mansion) on Long Island, NY so it's close to home but seems like a world away.

The whole thing kicks off by Ringing in the New York Stock Exchange Opening Bell on Monday Morning.

Here's the video of us ringing the NYSE opening bell with the other winners:

Now, how did we win this event?

Through dedication and setting this as a goal.

We decided we want to win. So we made it our mission to go full steam and focus everyday on winning this.

Best case scenario, we win.

Worst case scenario, we build an awesome business.

Sounds like a win-win.

So, Cathryn created a poster for us to hang up in our Home Offices:

On top of this, we set up automated text messages that said:

"You're going to win the Shopify Build-A-Business Competition, now go crush it"

So, we set a goal, we worked tirelessly to get there... we hit it.

Hope your setting goals that inspire you to wake up every morning and create the life of your dreams.

We'll fill you in on everything that happens from this event.
