Gratitude Journal

This journal has been lovely to work with! I truly enjoy writing in it and it allows me to reflect more deeply. Will definitely purchase again!

Quite a nice journal

Having bought the Self Planners before (and being a huge fan) I was a bit disappointed with the size and quality of this journal. It's a small paperback and whilst the inside pages are good quality paper with a nice feel, it's not that substantial- not gift quality for example. Weirdly, I actually find it quite hard to fill in the questions every day- but that's probably just me! Never quite sure what I want!!

The Best Journal!

I used this journal this past month and loved it! I found myself getting excited to write in it everyday. I enjoyed the structure of morning and night reflections. I realized how much there really is to be grateful for every day. Overall gave me a more positive mindset. Definitely recommend!

Great Concept...Poor Binding

I love this journal other than the binding. After you are in a few pages it doesn’t lay flat to write in. Becomes hard to use.

It's my new habit!

I fell backwards into this, trying to help my son learn to express himself better, I encouraged him to start journaling. So, trying to be the "Good Dad" I started using this too. My journal is the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night, and some days I keep it with me just because I know it's going to be rough and I might need a reminder. I would only ask for an update to the binding. A stitched or spiral bound book would be better to help it lay flat.
