The SELF Journal is just what I needed to FOCUS and make the most out of my days without loosing sight of my goals. Getting into it requires a bit of habit-building but isn’t this what being focused about goals is all about? Before I sort of managed to get by, juggling professional goals with more menial work-related tasks, running errands, etc. After just 5 days using the SELF journal, my quite chaotic life is clearly changing to a focused style. I now enjoy the little luxuries of life that have always been there but I simply didn’t know how to get to them.
