Winning Every Day
This has been such a great way to reflect on the day and celebrate wins and lessons learned along the way.
Great helper!
I really do like this...it's the same quality paper that my Self Planner is made out of, and it serves a valuable function of marking the end of my work day--when I fill this page out, my brain no longer tries to tell me that I need to keep working because I've filled out the page. I also love that the backside of the pages are dot gridded so they work really well as scratch pads on the other side. Great product.

A Candle in a Dark Night
This new school year has been difficult for Florida teachers. New laws and partisan elections have taken the focus away from teaching our students and focus more of paperwork and bureaucracy. I use the Win The Day pads to record when I am focused on the students, rather than paperwork. It has helped me to know that I am doing thing that focus on my students. Last week, I shared one pad of the three pack with a fellow teacher that has become very depressed and frustrated with teaching. I showed this teacher how I used the pad to remind me that I am putting the students first. Now, we both are keeping count and helping each other be more student focused teachers. I wish I had the funds to purchase these pads for all my fellow teachers.

All I do is Win Win Win!!
I look forward to reviewing my progress at the end of a quarter or year.

WIN THE DAY
I ordered these for my team back in Dec. for us to all do it together in Jan. for the first 30 days back to school. (I oversee a team of 11 Middle School Student Success Coaches). They were a great way to start our bi-weekly team meetings and help us all see that there is good in every day. It also helped form a habit of looking for the good in each day. I liked it so much I ordered more for me for the summer and I will order again for my team to start the school year out this fall. JenMick
