Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Self Journal the best goal journal?

Most goal journals ask you to write down goals and leave you on your own. The Self Journal goes further: it breaks your 13-week goals into weekly milestones and daily action steps, so you always know exactly what to do next. The structured framework has helped tens of thousands of people ship projects, build habits, and hit goals they had been putting off for years.

Is the Self Journal a planning journal or a goal journal?

Both. Each day combines a goal-focused morning section (intentions, top 3 priorities) with an evening reflection (wins, lessons, gratitude). It functions as both a daily planner and a long-term goal tracker in one self-guided journal.

How is the Self Journal different from a regular self-guided journal?

A blank journal leaves structure up to you. The Self Journal provides a repeatable system: set a 13-week goal, map milestones, execute daily, review weekly. The guided prompts remove decision fatigue while keeping the focus on your specific goals – not a generic template.

Does the Self Journal work for goal journals used at work?

Yes. The daily page has space for both professional priorities and personal goals side by side. Most customers use it across every area of their life – work projects, fitness goals, creative pursuits, and relationship intentions.

How many goal journals come in one order?

Each order includes one Self Journal covering 13 weeks (roughly one quarter). Many customers order multiple copies or use it back-to-back. Volume discounts are available for teams.

Is the Self Journal undated?

Yes – fully undated, so you can start any day of the year without wasting pages. Begin your first 13-week sprint today.
