How it started...
Launched in 2015 by Cathryn Lavery, BestSelf.co was born out of a desire to help people become the best versions of themselves. Struggling with ADHD and having tried countless solutions, Cathryn wanted to create a tool that would truly make a difference.
This led to the creation of the original goal-based journal, the SELF Journal which launched on Kickstarter. It raised $322k in a month and BestSelf was born.
