I absolutely LOVE this journal. I'm on my second one currently and it has helped me get back to my old self but an improved self! I'm primarily using it for weightloss and added some self-improvement goals, too. I started the first journal on January 1, and since then have lost 18 lbs . and have been able to run 5 miles continuously (previously I was not a runner AT ALL and couldn't run 1 mile without stopping). I truly feel so much happier. At first, it felt like a lot of work to keep up with but it definitely gets easier as you establish better habits. I love the quotes, I love the calendar space, I love the free space and monthly habit tracker, - all of it! It has changed me overall - physically, mentally, emotionally and intellectually. If you're serious about making a change or achieving goals, commit to the journal and commit to doing it every single day. I'm so happy I came across this journal and have talked about it so much with my family, friends, and coworkers. Even when I achieve my weight-loss goal, I will continue to use this for other life goals because it really works. Thank you!!
