This is an excellent tool to use in helping me stay focused on what really is important. The evening reflection is my favorite "someone I was grateful for and why" This question has me look at what is really important. People not material things is what makes me happy and doing this journal is helping me really understand gratitude and an deeper level . food for thought maybe a 60 day journal asking to find gratitude in areas like: Spirutal , physical, mental, career, family, financial and each one of the days would take us deeper in gratitude in that area.
