Fun and Relaxing

These cards and this notebook are a great way for me to help my own self with some mental things I am dealing with. I like that the prompts help me think about important things in a relaxing, nonthreatening way. I like drawing it out instead of writing it. And I like that when I just want to draw, no hidden agenda, these cards have great prompts for that also.

Thoughtful prompts!

I’ve been pulling a card every morning and working for 15-30 minutes on the doodle. Sometimes my 6 year old son joins in. I really like the prompts on the cards so far.

They are the size of a regular card deck. The journal was a nice addition, but I don’t actually use it for the doodles because I prefer a thicker paper and option for a larger format sometimes.
